China Silk (Shanghai) New Material Technology Co., Ltd (CCAT) is a subsidiary company of China National Silk Import & Export Corporation, a central enterprise supervised by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

Founded in August 2009 in the Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Zone with a total investment of 100 million Yuan, CCAT installed the third generation airlaid paper equipment made by Shanghai Expansion Light Industry Machinery (EPS). Production capacity is 10,000 T/Y. Meanwhile, in order to support the fully automated and high speed production line, CCAT is also equipped with advanced and flexible post processing auxiliary devices and a high standard laboratory.
